Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our United States fulfillment centers. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping (United States)
We currently offer standard shipping only within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing)
The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.
We do not currently offer express shipping.
Please note that we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping to select countries.
- International Shipping: 3–5 business days (after shipment)
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their local authorities.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.
