At Body By Us, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products.

If you believe a return is necessary, please contact our customer support team before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging

After review, and at our sole discretion, we may:

  • Provide a replacement product; or
  • Issue a full refund

No additional charges will apply for approved claims.


Lost Packages

If your package has not been delivered and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

All claims will be reviewed and verified with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer:

  • A replacement product; or
  • A refund

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are generally not considered lost. However, each case will be reviewed individually.


Non-Refundable and Non-Replaceable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Delivery refusal by the customer
  • Packages refused, seized, or returned by customs authorities
  • Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Customer ordering errors
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase
  • Personal preferences regarding taste, smell, texture, or appearance of the product
  • Results that do not meet personal expectations
  • Products that have already been manufactured, prepared, or shipped

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund.


Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Body By Us or our fulfillment partners.


Right to Refuse

Body By Us reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that shows signs of abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.
